マツエクの付け替えのために一度家から出ましたが、それ以外は夜の英会話のレッスン以外はずっとベッドの上で過ごしました。
２週間ぶりに中途覚醒もせずに３時間以上の眠れて幸せの極みでした
今日、明日、明後日とＫで週末から１週間お休みいただきます
日曜日は東京でセッション、友達と食事、月曜日はレンタカーして皆んなで群馬にゴルフ行って、東京に戻ったら羽田からソウルに行き、火曜日はいよいよ手術です！！！！
小学生の時にいじめにあって以来、長年のコンプレックスとなっている部分を解消しに行ってきます
自分に自信が持てるようになりたいな

I took my first day off in two weeks yesterday!
I only left the house once to get my eyelash extensions redone,
and aside from my evening English lesson, I spent the entire day in bed.
For the first time in two weeks, I slept more than 3 hours without waking up in the middle of the nightpure bliss!
I’ll be at Studio K today, tomorrow, and the day after,
and then I’ll be taking a week off starting this weekend.
On Sunday, I have a session in Tokyo followed by dinner with a friend.
On Monday, I’m renting a car and heading to Gunma for a golf outing with everyone.
After that, I’ll return to Tokyo and fly from Haneda to Seoul.
And then on Tuesday… it’s finally surgery day!
I’m going to address a long-held insecurity
something that’s been with me since I was bullied back in elementary school.
It’s time to let it go and move forward.
