I fell asleep almost immediately after getting home.

 

Being able to sleep is a good thing

but in the past, I used those sleepless hours as extra time to get work done.

Now that I’m sleeping better, that extra time is gone,

and I’ve started to feel the need to reassess how I manage my workload.

 

I know I’m slow at working,

or maybe my approach just isn’t efficient…

 

I know that, but I struggle with things like making fixed schedules or sticking to routines.

I tend to do things on a whim, just figuring it out as I go.
