In my case, I usually do a scat session about once every one to two weeks.
I naturally tend to be constipated, so I can comfortably hold it for 34 days.

So I generally use glycerin suppositories every 34 days to relieve myself.
Given that, if you’re hoping for a natural bowel movement during a session,
please understand that even if I try to push, the chances are quite low.
