最初は私だけにしか聴こえていないだろうポコポコとする程度の音が少しなったり、触っても鳴らない時すらあったのですが、最近では誰を触ってもボールペンのペン先を出すようなはっきりとした音が鳴り続けます。

 

これはどこから鳴っている音ですか？と聞かれることもありますし、静かな部屋でカチカチずっと止まらずに鳴っていると言わないながらにも気になっているだろうなと思うので、「うるさくてごめんね、この辺からずっと音するんだよね」と耳の下あたりを指して伝えるようにしてきました。

 

ですが、ちゃんと答えられないのも気持ち悪いなと感じ、今更ながら開業25年以上のベテラン耳鼻咽喉科医の方に診ていただきまして、その際に音も聴いてもらいました。

 

結果、、、

音から推測して耳管だと思う

筋性ミオクローヌス(不随意運動)と一種だと思う

As I mentioned on X, it’s been about three years now since a clicking sound started happening under my ear whenever I perform certain movements during anal training.

 

At first, it was barely noticeablejust a faint popping sound that I assumed only I could hear.

Sometimes it didn’t happen at all, even with direct stimulation.

But recently, regardless of who I’m working on, the sound has become very pronouncedlike the click of a ballpoint pen being pressedrepeatedly.

 

People often ask me, “Where’s that sound coming from?”

And even if they don’t say anything, I can tell they’re wonderingespecially when we’re in a quiet room and the sound just keeps going.

 

So I usually say,

“Sorry it’s a bit loudthis area here just keeps making that noise,”

as I point to just below my ear.

 

Still, it always bothered me that I couldn’t give a proper explanation.

So I finally went to see a veteran ENT specialist who’s been practicing for over 25 years

and had them actually listen to the sound.

 

Here’s what they said:

 

 

 

Apparently, while myoclonus itself isn’t all that rare,

the fact that the sound is loud enough for others to hear is quite unusual.

 

So yes, you’ll continue to hear click click click click from me
