明日からの1週間はＫにおります！
| 本日も大変暑い中、 会いに来てくださりありがとうございます  完売だったうえに 時間延長して楽しませていただきました 本日感じたのは これからも関わっていく相手であれば、 当人同士の擦り合わせのコミュニケーション大切 誰かを間に挟んでばかりだと齟齬が生まれる、ということ。 よくある報連相においての自己解釈事故なのですが、だからこそ直接のコミュニケーションを心掛けないとなと。大切ですよね 明日から1週間は名古屋にいる予定です すでに予約をいただいている日もありますが、まだまだご予約可能ですので、ご都合の合う方からのご予約ご来店お待ちしております  Thank you so much to everyone who came to see me today,

All sessions were fully booked, and I even extended my hours
it was a pleasure to spend that extra time together.
What I really felt today is this:
If you’re going to continue working or being involved with someone,
direct communication and mutual understanding are essential.
Relying too much on a third party to relay information often leads to misunderstandings.
It’s a common issuewhen “reporting, communication, and consultation” (so-called H-Ren-S) turns into a game of telephone,
and personal interpretations cause miscommunication.
That’s why I want to continue making an effort to speak directly
it’s such an important thing, isn’t it♡
I’ll be in Nagoya for the next week, starting tomorrow.
