| 【勇気】と【覚悟】と【素直さ】を心に据えることで変化が訪れる話は以前にも綴ったのですが、やはりそうだなと思うことが定期的に訪れます。 例えば、過去を振り返るような似た場面に遭遇した時 あの時の私は、どんな感情を抱き、どうしたのか その時の私の感情も行動も理解し、受け容れながら、今の私だったら、と感じ、考え、動く。 そうすると、変化を感じられたりします。 それがまさに最初に綴ったことに繋がっていきます。 持続可能な自然な状態、要するに過去よりも楽だと感じるように変化しているんです。面白いですよね。 「何言ってんの？意味わからない」と思う人もいれば 「めっちゃ分かる！」と感じた人もいるかと思います どこまでも私たちは自由に愛されてる   今週は月曜日から金曜日までご予約ご来店お待ちしております！ ご都合の合う方、ぜひ楽しみましょう       I’ve written before about how courage, commitment, and honesty can open the door to personal change
and lately, I’ve been reminded of just how true that is.
For example, when you find yourself in a situation that mirrors something from your past
you ask yourself:
“What was I feeling back then♡ What did I do♡”
You observe those emotions and actions without judgment, and accept them.
Then you ask:
“If it were me now, what would I feel♡ What would I do♡”
And in doing that, you start to feel a shiftsomething changes.
And that change often leads back to what I shared before.
It becomes a more sustainable, more natural state of being.
In other words, it starts to feel easier than it did in the past.
Isn’t that fascinating♡
Some people might read this and think,
“What are you even talking about♡”
Others might be nodding, thinking,
“Yes! I totally get it.”
Either way
we are, all of us, freely and unconditionally loved.
